What a sad news...Jmimi was one of the pillars of this community in which he invested a lot. I had the chance to meet him personally in Dijon, he was a warm and kind person. Like many people, I had the pleasure of corresponding with Jean-Michel; he was such a nice person and always devoted to help despite the terrible illness that was eating away at him. We will miss him. With all my condolences to his family and friends.

Farewell Jmimi, be happy in the paradise of the musicians. Having just connected me, I have just learned by Cindou this sad news. I spoke with him by phone and we were to meet at his home in Dijon. He was not far from the rue d'Auxonne where Tony Falone's store is located; held by Falone's daughter. I was expecting this sad news, because he had told me about his illness, his sufferings; here he is free of all that, in spite of his attachment to life and his love for the accordion; rest in peace Jmimi, you will remain in our memories .......

I'm back after 6 weeks of absence and it's a big blow to the back of my head, I knew he was in bad shape but always a glimmer of hope.I had the pleasure of talking to him on the phone, he was a jovial person, he wasn't an accordionist but he loved our musical world.My condolences to his "blonde" as he used to say, you will always remain in our hearts.
