Hello, I'm currently on the north irleande tour and I have a d minor to play. The D is the one next to the B flat. Where should I play my D minor?

there's only one position for D minor in the left hand (between D major and D7), and there are several places for the D bass, depending on the chord progressions, to make fingering easier. Kind regards
