I have an important quantity of scores of the Editions J. Garzon. They are mainly tangos and pasos. For each piece there are the parts piano, violin, bass, flute, sax...etc.I have these scores since about thirty years: they are not all new.

Hello to all. As you can see I have just put down the magazine dedicated to the accordion which is a monthly. This one is quite long to download because it is in color, to have a good view of it, I apologize, but it is the only way to have something acceptable. I thank Cindou who gave the authorization. I have only one monthly magazine at home, reserved in press, each month. That's how difficult it was to get it. So I had this idea of deposit so that those who are in this case, can finally enjoy it. it's time to talk about it officially. For several months a new version of P-A has been slowly making its way. This site, which will be online in July for already 3 years. It has served well, but I think it's time to offer (again) a new youth to P-A :)
Unfortunately, the more the site evolves and grows, the more the new versions are heavy, and immensely slow to develop. More users, more cases, more categories, more features. In this sense, the new version (4?5?) will be, I hope, finalized to celebrate the 3 years of this version. That is, in July. I will do my best to make it happen.
Here are the main lines of this project:
- To make P-A a real space of socialization around the accordion and to try to get it out of the status of "supermarket of the score", to give it a real social dimension. It's difficult, it's a lot of thinking but I think it's possible.
- To make P-A a real base of information on the accordion in general. A knowledge base. Thus, a section will be dedicated to the news related to the accordion, automatically managed and aggregated via the various sources of news making rss feeds available.

Hello to all,
work is starting again. There have been some problems lately that made me rethink a lot of things. And so, the next version of the website will be developed with new technologies, more secure, faster, more portable. In short, all the better.
The work that was done on the new version is to be redone. I present you the first capture of this total redesign.
Nothing special, but the creation of account, connection is already the first stone of added functionality.

I expose my point of view:
- I believe as Slade said (and often Jmimi), that the
site is not always clear for the "new" registered ....
this is the reason why we are currently working together to make it easier to understand from the start ... and this, in the new version in preparation ...
- First of all, we need a "RULES" visible from the beginning, explicit, a good support for a "good entry" on P. A ... even if it is automatically received at each registration OR re-registration ....
I am very far from blaming anyone, I the first one was not always at the Top from my arrival ... even if, from the beginning I tried to understand not to be too noticed ... (ok, it's a waste of time, to say that I asked Slade to be incognito as an administrator ....., not possible ... and even, I wanted to file incognito ... not possible too, so I might as well go for it!!!)
Of course, the goal of this site is sharing ... when I say sharing, we can also hear GIVING, INDIVIDUAL SHARING (yeah it's weird ....!! but true), in a word DO NOT EXPECT A RETURN ... Like any donation, it's logical !!!
It is necessary to recognize that it is to give of oneself, of its time, and that each depositor made an effort to seek (duplicates, titles, etc...), to scan, which leads me to say that I respect any deposit, any partition (each one has the right to have different tastes, to find what its neighbor would never have sought ....)

To finish (if it can ..) on P.A, many have their role, the one we are WELL used to .... :

as you noticed the site was inaccessible these last days. I'll skip the stress level that broke records inside my anatomy not seen for years.
So what happened?
I was renting a server from a company (probably a guy in his garage) called offshorewebspace.net who in turn was renting it from worldstream.
It happens frequently that the server is down for some reason. And usually I send an email to offshorewebspace.net and they quickly get it back up.
But this time it was different... And yes... offshorewebspace.net does not exist anymore...
Why do you tell me? Because he didn't pay the servers anymore! While I on my side I had paid well...
Impossible to contact them. I skip the details that made me call India, track down the owner of offshorewebspace.net through the internet to find his contact information and contact him in vain...
I finally found the coordinates of worldstream a REAL company for the blow, which had the kindness to give the server of aplomb in spite of the default of payment of the retailer.
I will now rent the server directly from worldstream.

Partitions-accordéon.com is forced to adopt the practice of activating user accounts.
This is a common practice on many sites that offer registration.
What does this mean?
All all new accounts created will receive an email containing an activation link. activation link. As long as this link has not been visited, the account will not be active and the user will not be able to take advantage of the 5 day trial.
