Indeed this composer that I don't know at all blew me away.
Why is he so unknown?
His style is close to the named accordionists without the gypsy side of Privat.
Nevertheless it is a discovery for me and thank you for having made it known to us.

Mr Oberti is an accordionist of the valley of the fench (joeuf in meurthe et moselle°. he is 88 years old today and continues to compose.
Here is the site where he still plays the instrument with passion at the 1st desk of the accordion club.

good evening Sbasos. I have just discovered his works, that you were kind enough to share with us. For my part, I ask for more, what a touch!!! it's pure juice. A lot of work in perspective, but to decipher with the accordion, how to get tired of it. I'm simply seduced, I'm going to the site you mentioned above, to arouse my curiosity. S is a very great man!! his compositions, ask a lot of knowledge in the matter, and gives us desire to follow this example. At 92 years old, continue his work !!!!! what a passion! and what courage. Thank you Mr. Oberti; your music imposes from our part, a lot of admirations. It is there; Sbasos; a sharing of which I am very grateful. That's why the opinions shared here, speak volumes as connoisseurs .........

For my part I have taken out 2 or 3 pieces of his collections...among the less difficult...I also confirm the opinion of the colleagues.
Can you tell us if he had a passion for teaching and would have "released" some little prodigy(s)?
Personally I had a very famous teacher in my last year (by his interpretations) but he was not necessarily the best.

And I only found this site which allowed me to make the diffusion of it.

Mr. OBERTI was a musician in different orchestras in the region during the golden age but it was never his job. he worked in a metallurgical factory in Joeuf. i let you look for where this city is located lol
Our region was in the 60s a huge breeding ground for accordionists, the most famous was Pierre PARACHINI
I have some pieces played by Mr. OBERTI how to put them on the site

I for one listened to the track you dropped off.
I agree with you that there are many members who are there to get scores or to make deposits and it takes some!
Personally I prefer to follow the news of the site and it sometimes happens to me to request a score but I always look if I would not have to satisfy the new requests

Hello Sbasos . I had promised myself not to come to this forum anymore; only in espionite. Everything I wrote in terms of communication, you had to read it and understand my distress in front of the silence. You can see that it is the same for you. Above I told you that I was conquered by this virtuoso, and I intend to listen to this great man, who without question is part of our fathers (a model to follow). What to say ?????? if not Chapeau bas Mister Oberti. A great, great master of the accordion; we speak of Astier / Baselli; Gus Viseur; Larcange etc., while here I remain speechless. Valse à Valentine is of a very great virtuosity, an exceptional composition, worthy of the greatest; for Dussoline I like very much the trio with variations. Nostalgie, is simply magnificent !!!!!!!!! a real painting, or the canvas could have been entitled "Old Paris", is what I felt. I will never thank you enough for this sharing; without question the most beautiful of this site. Is it possible to have cds of MR Oberti ????

I notice with a lot of regret that almost or rather almost nobody expresses himself on the scores as well as the musics which I put on line.
But where are you all?
For once when you can express yourselves, you do not do it.
I come to the conclusion that this site is only used to download scores.
Start to play your scores you will not have enough of a life to play the one you have.

I thank you for transmitting to him all my congratulations for his musical writing and all my respectful gratitude to defend this beautiful instrument which is the accordion.My thanks also go to DAN95 to have deposited a pretty waltz entitled RÊVERIE written by this great gentleman; I had fun to interpret it; a delight! On which site did you post the video of which you mention above? My previous message with the posting of a piece performed by Mr Oberti goes back to April 13.
Do you know how many times it was listened by the people of the site knowing that there are more than 1200 Premium subscribers and I do not know how many registered 10000 maybe?
Well the figure is 54 times for more than 25 days of online or 2 listenings per day.
I leave it to you all to make an analysis.

I discover the compositions of Mr. F. Oberti with great pleasure, especially since the site partions-accordeon.com has just made available two collections of his compositions!
I have just downloaded "Musicaline" ! A beautiful flavor, soft harmonies, modern. I compare him to Claude Thomain. But I have not yet explored all his compositions;
Yes, isn't he also known among accordionists! But with the time, internet it will come inevitably.
Thank you for making him known to us and I wish him to continue as long as possible in spite of his age: music replaces all medicines!
Hats off to him for his variations on Indifference : to be listened to again and again with happiness !

Do not hesitate to download them and to return on the oldest that I had put on line.
Recover his collection will be only of happiness for you accordionist who liked the style Jo PRIVAT.because that resembles it but that does not have it it is of François OBERTI
