According to the content of the catalog of the works deposited for their protection of the royalties, this title would not have been published because no mention of publisher PRO. It is possible that an edition with title of author (self-publishing) exists and in this case to make the request directly with the heirs.
The best solution is still to make a musical statement. Many online sites can already give the chord grid if a Youtube or Mp3 audio exists.
