By using CHORDU.COM rather than GUITAA which is poor in information ...you will be able to see ...and hear ...that it is like a three beat fast waltz ...
And with CHORDU.COM you will notice that there are very very often 8 small lines in pontillés which give you thus the time
a good 6 / 8 which gives the impression of a waltz in 3/4 if you count
Then after the name of the style, I do not know anything of it there is so much in Latin...
