Hello,
Payment is renewed automatically if you have not deactivated it, if you paid by credit card and there are no problems with your card (as if it had expired).
Please contact us at [email protected] to give you the details specific to your account.

Sincerely,
Slade
Hello,

I have been a member of this site for a few years already, and I appreciated its artisanal, unpretentious, associative side. Also I considered the annual fee of 15 euros as a fair contribution.
The overplayed use of the term Prenium member with a participation increasing to 25 euros disturbs me.
I would not renew my contribution, preferring to increase my participation towards charitable associations.
I prefer sincerity, my disappointment is sincere .....
Kind regards,

Hello,

We are sorry that you feel this way. We announced and justified the price change a year in advance in order to be sincere and transparent about it, and to be able to exchange with the members in advance about it. You can find the discussion here:

https://www.accordion-scores.com/discussions/%5BIMPORTANT%5D+Nouveau+P-A+%21

Many discussions on the subject have been created since then, to which we have already responded.

You appreciate the "associative" side of the site, so do we. Especially the idea of "sharing", exchange and mutual aid that it evokes. It seems that this aspect of the association is not a priority for you. This is your first discussion and we can't find any sharing from you in 7 years of presence on the site.

Good evening,
I have been a member since the beginning, for the associative spirit, and I remain a member, mainly for this reason.
25 € for an access to a bank of soon 65 000 scores, requests which are very often satisfied in the day, exchanges on technique and music, etc. seem to me derisory (the least score today is more than 5 €).
I am in charge of a big cultural association: to make it work, we have employees, equipment, expenses (including a website which is not free!), etc. which explain a fee. And we have members: some with the spirit of association, who participate in the life of the association; the vast majority of users for whom everything is fine, and a handful who take advantage of the system, and for whom it is always too expensive and never good enough.
More than 7 years at P.A., no score submitted and no participation in the discussions: I don't put you in the first group.

Hello,
I got a good kick in the pants but I am convinced by the sincerity of your commitment.
With my apologies for the obviously unfortunate mood swing. I support you without fail and renew my subscription.

Good evening,
It was not a reaction to a message, but rather a slightly irritated one, which resembles what I regularly experience in the associative sector, and in particular in this period of various confinements.
Feedbacks like yours happen, but it's more rare!
For your information, my commitment to P.A. stops at paying my membership and answering requests (scores, discussions...) when I can...

Hello nousdeux,

We are happy to know that you are convinced by the sincerity of our commitment and that you renew your trust. No worries about the mood swing, it happens to everyone, especially in these troubled times we are currently living ... To have also rocked long in the associative world, as Cavag31 rightly pointed out, your beautiful reaction is rare, and we wanted to thank you.

Hello Cavag31,

First of all, thank you for your loyalty and your involvement on PA! You rightly underlined the balance between the price of the subscription and the scores to which it gives access.
The number of available scores had no impact on our thinking... To explain our approach, we do not consider that we "sell" scores, but rather that we offer you a "service". As mentioned in the previous discussions, the price change was indexed on this service and the work time required to run the site.

You would have done better to leave us our site, much more practical.
Too much computing, kills computing, like our pleasure...
Hello, I am trying to pay by credit card for the subscription, but I can't. I could have an address to send a check, until my problem is solved.

Hello,
this is just to warn that I didn't receive anything for a long time, and now the emails are coming in about every 5 minutes... 5 emails received from 8:13am to 8:45am, regarding the scores added on April 20-21-22-23-24, 2014.
Personally, this is my 2nd year of subscription, it has never worked properly for more than a few weeks.
This is not a reproach, just to inform of the problem, there is probably a solution!

Hi langf,
thanks for the report.
Unfortunately I can't do anything about it :/ Emails are sent normally but are blocked by some email providers for obscure reasons. They must have decided to unblock partitions-accordeon.com, and that's probably why you got everything at once...

Boffff... After all, you know, all the scores are visible to all the people interested in one or the other composition that has been deposited, and you just have to browse the site to see the new daily deposits.

I don't really see the need to have e-mails arriving at my home every five minutes and filling my mailbox unnecessarily and having to cause additional costs to the P-A host.

But everyone will find his point of view here.

Good evening to all, and a special thanks to cindou 11.

Hello:
well I'm of the same opinion as Jodi, I don't see the point of having an avalanche of mails since there are other possibilities!
Have a good weekend

I agree with you, jodi... Normally, we are not supposed to receive it every 5 minutes, but 1x a day a list of all the scores added in the day (the last 24 hours).
But actually, I don't need this service.
I will disable it in my profile!
Hello,
I often receive messages from members who don't want to pay by credit card because they are afraid to pay on the internet and they ask for alternative ways of payment.

I will try to explain in detail how the payment process works in order to reassure you :)

From the moment you choose to subscribe, you will be redirected to the paypal page.

Paypal is the biggest payment institution on the internet, used by millions of people (including me), it is this institution that will contact your bank and proceed to the deduction of the amount that will then be transferred to my paypal account.

partitions-accordeon.com has NONE of the information you enter on paypal, your real name, identity and credit card information are not stored.

Here is how it works:
by subscribing to the subscription I send you on paypal by saying to paypal "the member slade wishes to pay the sum of 15$ for the site partitions-accordeon.com".
Paypal will proceed to the payment with you. And once this payment made, will send back a message to partitions-accordeon.com saying
"the member slade to carry out its payment successfully" or to say to me if it is a failure.
Depending on this answer the premium status is applied on the username you have on the site.

And that's all :)
partitions-accordeon.com has only the information you entered on partitions-accordeon.com
namely :
- your nickname
- your email address
- your avatar
- your country or city (if you entered it in your profile)

I'm going to look into alternative payment methods (like premium rate sms) in order to offer another payment option.
In the meantime you can be sure that everything is extremely secure on the paypal side. With the volume of transactions they have, the opposite would be absolutely dramatic :)

Hoping to have reassured you!
