You are welcome on P.A !!!! And apparently you know it ... However, if it is not to respect the presentation of the site, whether it is writing or use of composers (and yes, you are there ...), then refrain!!! I have just to date, 5 pages of scores to correct!!!
I also explain my "blow of gueule" without naming the person, BUT, recently by contacting a composer who promotes himself on P.A so that he deposits a precise requested score, this Mister pretended not to know P.A, and, when I refreshed his memory, he answered me: Ah yes, but asking me for time, I wish a financial contribution .... Seriously, Mister has a shop window on P.A and he had the "nerve" to write me this ......

I work in the medical field, counterfeit drugs are killing people, so at least on that front I think we should be wary, it's the poorest people who buy generic drugs on the internet.... it's a solution to the crisis but it sucks

Exactly! ACTA is supposed to be an anti-counterfeiting law, but in fact it's only a pretext to regulate the exchange and sharing of computer files, which they considered as counterfeiting. Indeed, it's not directly related to P-A, but it can completely change the landscape of the internet, including P-A.
My goal is not to rally you to the anti-acta cause but to make users aware of what may happen. You are free to interpret this law as you want, but it is necessary to be aware of it.

ACTA is announcing some radical and even arbitrary actions! The obligation for radio stations to pay royalties has oriented them towards retro programming without royalties. Now, radios are broadcasting more and more English songs in Quebec City, which is 90% French-speaking! Since smoking has been banned in bars in Quebec, attendance has dropped; many musicians no longer have jobs. If on top of that youtube.com gets wiped out because someone sings someone else's song without paying the royalties, the already dark landscape will turn darker. Culture will once again be reserved for the rich!
