Hello ... I don't want to bore anyone but when you open Partitions-Accordéon you see on the side the dates of events ... the first is the summer master class with Lionel Suarez ... the date noted is: Jan 31 .... but it takes place in July ... it's annoying for those who would like to go there .... well I say that ... I say nothing ... it's just to point out!
Then I wanted to know if the person who posted the score: J'ai gardé l'accent de Mireille Mathieu (I kept Mireille Mathieu's accent) couldn't put the second page ... I think that due to an oversight she published the first and TWICE the third, forgetting the second ... Thank you in advance ... Sincerely ....

Hello to all,
we have just deployed a very big functional update on the website. This is the biggest update deployed "at once" since the launch of the new site.
The content is purely bug fixes and performance improvements.
The list is very long but among others :
- The library now works normally (there were several problems with adding / removing partitions to a library).
- Problem adding partitions in some cases
- The numbers in the tabs on a member's profile such as: partitions (323) were not always correct.
- Genres were not functional in English and Spanish
etc...
We hope that the problems you may have encountered have been solved by this update. If not, or if you encounter other problems, please contact us at [email protected]

A small message concerning the deposits of heavy files.
The deposit limit has been raised to 40Mb, but I would like to draw attention to a deposit mechanism of the new site that does not seem to be used.
You can upload SEVERAL pdf files for the same partition. You will be asked in what order these files should be merged and PA will automatically merge them for you.
You can add each page separately if you wish. The weight limit is a weight limit per file. And not for all the files added.

Hello to all. I am for those who know me; a depositary without limits; with the sights of the piles and piles of pieces which I have, I said to myself that to enrich and especially to bring a more, with what with already been deposited, that it would be good for me to put missing parts; exp: parts piano (the key of F, is more readable) and the orchestration. As I have just done for Cité Pigalle and Ciel d'Alsace (with 2 accordion parts). I do not consider this as a deposit, but as a complement helping beginners, accordionists wishing it, as well as small or large orchestras. It goes without saying that I do not want to offend the people who have had the pleasure of making you discover them. That's why I would have liked to have your opinion, if I should continue or not. You can continue with the deposits, because on my side, I also have tons ... often bought by lots in flea markets or Emmaus. And when I consult them, I sometimes find that I only have one sheet here and there. Covers alone. With age and handling, it happens that the sheets of a score get mixed up and it is often easier to find the missing part on P-A than to search in many places.

I'm doing a reading of this piece played by Vincent Peirani - La chanson d'Hélène :
I can't understand the notes played at 1 minute 56 until 2 minutes, especially since I've passed a C Major and I don't have a piccolo on my instrument!
I'm not sure that a direct transcription makes much sense, since Vincent Peirani plays with an orchestra and I play alone!
Do you have any advice or help for me?
Moreover, I have already made several arrangements of pieces "in my own way"; can I publish them on partition-accordéon.com? What is the legal framework for such a publication, since I often take inspiration from other adaptations?

It's simple...there is on the one hand his way of "interpreting"...and it's up to each one to find his sensitivity in the reading of the notes and their interpretation.
When a score is marked 120 on the quarter note, if you are at 120 on all the quarter notes, it means that you play like a robot without any feeling. All the variations that you give in the tempo is a little bit the interpretation, to which you will add your sensibility that will be shared by those who listen.
And for this paragraph everything is written on the score.
And there is the part of improvisation. There nothing is written. It is your inventiveness that does the job.
I don't know if there is such a thing as an accordionist imitator?
