I'm not responsible for this part of the site's operation, but I am surprised by the mention of "cheque", as only a credit card transaction (card or paypal) is possible and feasible.
on the other hand, your status is officially "premium" with an expiry date of October 02, 2013.
so I don't see any problem with P-A

Hello,Indeed,the 15 € were not paid by check but by internet,certainly paypal.I tried again last night to download scores ... same thing,emptyPDF.Bonne journée

to reassure everyone !!!
it was indeed a personal computer problem of the "premium" member !!!
therefore not attributable to Partitions-Accordéon !!!
i've just received confirmation by personal e-mail
in short, it's nothing to get the whole Accordion world riled up about, nor is it to blame for the payment, implying that you're crooks or incompetents, which is how I read it!!!
the frank thing to do would be to point it out in this forum so that everyone is aware of it.
in the meantime

Hello,I would never have believed it,but the problem comes from the computer.I used another one and there,no problem,the scores are well downloaded.I apologize to those responsible and especially to JJ by assuring him that not for a second did I take partitions-accordions for swindlers,I simply thought of a mistake somewhere.Once again,I apologize and wish everyone a good Sunday.Cordially,papyjo.
