Good evening to all, Is there a software which allows to retouch the partitions or better, an editable PDF because certain partitions are badly directed or stained or in the event of photocopy of an album with zones of shade or the sight of the springs connecting the pages.I thank you and good evening to all.papyjo

I have Sibelius to work and edit my scores... With Sibelius, you get PhotoScore Lite for free, which actually recognizes a scanned score (pdf) and allows you to make a new, totally clean score, provided you spend a little time correcting some reading errors (due to imperfections in the scanned document)... In any case, it's great.

It works with all pdf! That's the point... Try to download the demo version! It can even read handwritten scores.
After that, if you need more precision in reading corrections, etc., you will have to buy the PhotoScore Ultimate version

indeed Photoscore is a reference, a small downside to report however: the suite, hyper powerful, Sibelius, Audioscore, Photoscore is close to 700 €!!! it is perhaps a detail for you but ......(known tune)
enough to make you want to look for more simplistic means
some tracks :
- to "remove the springs" resize the file, for example with FastStone Capture,
- for the rest the treatment is to be carried out on files "image" with a lambda software of photo retouching, but BEFORE conversion in PDF
- other solution to consider: in the case of not very complex scores (a majority) that we wish to use and keep, rewriting with a music writing software, tedious way at the beginning but very effective and fast with a little training, and all the problems are solved.

(use e.g. "PDFzilla", see http://www.pdfzilla.com)
and then process the image with e.g. "Microsoft Photo Editor"...
If necessary, you can then convert the individual pages to a single PDF (use e.g. "PDFcreator", see http://www.pdfforge.org)
