I know that the work can be found in the SACEM repertoire, but it doesn't tell us where it can be obtained! (From which publisher, or perhaps directly from the composer James Lesueur.

Hello, when you consult the catalog, you find out whether or not the work is published. If it's published by a professional publisher, you'll find his or her contact details. You can also find out the names of all the people who took part in its creation. These are always avenues to explore.
