Good evening,
I don't see the practical side of it, it's as if to read the numbers we wrote their name next to them for example1 One2 Two99999 Ninety nine thousand Nine hundred and ninety nine.....ouf !
and not to forget that a (figure) of note on a partition represents a height of sound and an ALSO duration and with some other small signs the way of interpreting it.
So you might as well learn to read music, it's not that difficult and it's very useful.

for the one who can't read the notes after having a look at your proposed link,
what will it mean for a neophyte A-B-C-D E-F-G- not to mention Bb7 Cm9 ect...
as said before, learn first of all to decipher the notes and then to read a score like one reads the newspaper!
and even better solfier!

I learned alone by passion and I enjoy the gymnastics of reading and rhythm without even using my instruments
