The accordion is a free-reed musical instrument powered by a flow of air generated by the "pull" and "push" of the bellows. Handling the bellows and attacking the notes on the keyboards replaces the blow of the tongue and the breath of a wind instrument (flute, saxophone, oboe, trumpet, etc.). Regular practice of the exercises in this book will enable you to make significant progress in handling the accordion bellows and attacking notes on the vocal (right hand) and accompaniment (left hand) keyboards. The work is divided into four parts. The first part deals with articulations and phrasing: how to attack sounds, slurs, piqués, lourées and accentuations. The second part deals with the color and flexibility of sounds in all registers: bass, midrange and treble. The third deals with the fullness of sound. The booklet concludes with a fourth section offering applications for mastering interpretation. The tuning aspect of the accompaniment keyboard is also covered. These exercises will enable the accordionist to make great progress in interpreting the works.

Brilliant! Thanks
Let's see if I can do it without help...
Hello everyone,
Having just acquired a ketron x8 in early December 2024 and wanting to get back into music after years of dances stopped in 2000 also owning an accordion fratelli crosio, I am looking for people who can help me with this kind of keyboard which has many possibilities to help me discover all its possibilities. Even by video lessons.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I've been looking for a music stand to attach to my accordion for a long time. Having never found one, I finally cobbled one together. I can attach an iPad Mini (7.9") or an iPad (10.2"), but it's heavier.
To use Piascore (or other software), it's really handy with a page-turner on the foot.
I'm attaching some photos to illustrate and perhaps improve?

Readable information on the screen in "user program". Accordion purchased in 2019. Is this valid for all vintages? I don't know, but I think it might be a help to know the selected instruments. I still haven't figured out how to select percussion!!!
To create a "user program", I prefer to modify one proposed by Roland, it's easier. As there are some that I don't use, I record it instead.

Barely 1 year ago I sold my FR1 and bought the FR2b, I moved and I can't find anyone to help me anymore; I tried many times without success I can't do it. I have tried many times without success and I can't manage to do it. So I am coming to this site to know if someone could advise me.

Hello Jean Michel, my problem is that I can't set up my accordion with the X4. I have the manuals of each one but I can't find out if the X4 recognizes my accordion on the one hand, and following the manual at one point it says to type such and such a key (on the X4) there is not what I should have to continue. so nothing works.
Thanks for reading and for your answer.

Hello
in simple accordion, in the x4 you have a menu for midi, (Midi. Channel Rx at the bottom you have midi setup) I placed the menu on accordion 1.
On the other hand the x4 puts in auto bass (in principle). you have a bass manu key on the left of the x4
Cordially.
