Hello,
I've been looking for a music stand to attach to my accordion for a long time. Having never found one, I finally cobbled one together. I can attach an iPad Mini (7.9") or an iPad (10.2"), but it's heavier.
To use Piascore (or other software), it's really handy with a page-turner on the foot.
I'm attaching some photos to illustrate and perhaps improve?

Hello,
does anyone have a solution for mounting a smartphone or small tablet (like ipad mini) without damaging the accordion?
I currently use a normal music stand (tripod) on which I place an ipad pro 12.9 (the largest). I use Piascore software. It's perfect for reading scores. I have a bluetooth pedal to turn the pages. However, all this is a bit heavy.
So I'm looking to lighten the system by having a smaller screen attached to the accordion, so it's close to the eyes for reading sheet music. I don't want to damage my Roland FR4!
I've tried car mountings, but it's not easy.
Thanks for reading.

I attach my smartphone to the top of the accordion with Velcro, and it's perfect!

Thanks, I'll make a note of it. But I'm a bit afraid of the glue on the varnish.

Certainly one of the best chromatic accordion methods. Excellent progressiveness, explicit diagrams, numbered fingerings, exercises, recreations... all in a hundred pages. Enough to make an excellent accordionist if you follow it through to the end.

Hello Thank you. I am currently playing with a Piano Accordion but I have a button accordion too. I think it needs a little TLC I think you can say that in English. I do not have time to take care about it currently but certainly I will ask advice when the time will come. Thanks for the Method.

I learned with Ch. Demaele's method, available on this site, and then with this Médard Ferrero method. The problem with these methods is the fingerings: they are written with 4 fingers of the right hand, without the thumb. Modern teaching uses the thumb right from the start. In my opinion, the methods of Astier and Baselli or Manu Maugain are more up to date: use of the thumb from the start. They too come in several volumes. Thank you for this volume by Médard Ferrero; I had bought it in its current edition, and it's always good to have it in electronic form.

Readable information on the screen in "user program". Accordion purchased in 2019. Is this valid for all vintages? I don't know, but I think it might be a help to know the selected instruments. I still haven't figured out how to select percussion!!!
To create a "user program", I prefer to modify one proposed by Roland, it's easier. As there are some that I don't use, I record it instead.
