Bonjour l'espoir fait vivre, but when you're hoping for a real score that never existed, it's a rather difficult wish to grant. First search on DISCOGS or elsewhere for the exact name of the creators (the rights holders) https://www.discogs.com/fr/release/1178896-Alain-Delorme-Romantique-Avec-Toi

Then we go to the database directory of the country that manages the rights ..here France with the SACEM and we see that there has never been a publisher ..no name of a publisher ..no address ..so no printing of scores ..no sales ..no distribution ..CQFD ...

This score was published in 1976, I played it in orchestra and I had the original score, but alas, I've lost it... as Alain Delorme is a Belgian singer who was part of the Crazy Horse group.
