Hello I'm afraid the only solution is to do a musical survey. Indeed, the original editions no longer exist and it is not certain that a legal deposit of the Works with the Bibliothèque municipale exists. The only disc with this title was for Holland (see DISCOGS) ..LEGENDE DE LA TOUR EIFFEL

Hello for information there is a photo of the cover of the score on the site AMAZON .. the product is no longer available .. and in 1978 the editor was Andre ASTIER .. so the fastest .. in my opinion .. would be a musical statement .
